Dear Prime Minister,

I regret having received no response to the important issues brought to your attention via my past two letters of September 17 / November 11 – 2005 respectfully seeking clarification of your government’s policy towards the global UFO phenomena? As a direct result of this worrisome inaction I have become a registered WA representative of the international non-profit organization, The Disclosure Project www.disclosureproject.org. This most reputable organization has identified over 450 military, intelligence and corporate contractor witnesses to UFO events and projects, as well as an abundance of further compelling evidence proving that UFOs and extraterrestrial intelligence are real. I herein enclose a DVD with sworn testimony that we ask you urgently review?

The secrecy surrounding this subject has eroded the USA ’s constitutional form of government while illegal projects unsupervised by the Congress and the President continue to withhold from the public this important information. I have also learned that these projects have illegally classified and withheld from the public new energy and propulsion technologies that could replace our need for foreign oil and eliminate much of the pollution in the world. I herein seek your reassurance that no similar covert projects exist within Australia ?

The tragic events of September 11, 2001 and ongoing terrorism issues underscore the urgency to disclose this information so that the world may at last have a practical replacement for oil and the internal combustion engine. For too long mid-east and foreign policy has been driven by the need to secure an endless supply of cheap oil - and yet the above-mentioned rogue projects are withholding the very technologies that can realistically replace all fossil fuel use.

We therefore ask that you immediately instruct your staff to study this matter while calling for open, secrecy-free hearings into the phenomena? We acknowledge a certain level of government secrecy may be necessary but the excessive, illegal secrecy associated with the above-mentioned ‘black’ budget projects is a threat to international democracy and the security of nations.

The witnesses on this DVD conclusively establish that these objects are real, that some are of extraterrestrial origin, and that the technologies related to their energy and propulsion systems are known but are withheld from a world sorely in need of their disclosure. The time has come to let the truth be known and it is your unequivocal responsibility not only to the people of this country but the worlds population at large to see that fair and open hearings are held on this crucial matter.

With so many bona fide top-secret witnesses, astronauts, government documents and other irrefutable evidence further denial of the reality of this subject is pointless and offensive.

A more intelligent approach presents opportunity to distinguish your party through being among the first to publicly acknowledge the massive groundswell of community interest into the reality of UFO phenomenon. Coming ‘out of the closet’ on this particular issue has political risk. Maintaining the status-quo however presents a far greater risk, and in the light of overwhelming sworn testimony this risk is demonstrably unacceptable.

Western Australia's October 2005 Crop Circles & Contact lecture tour proved an unqualified success creating history at Perth ’s Murdoch University with a most impressive turnout of over four hundred persons for an evening lecture. Moreover the majority comprised career-professional adults from every walk-of-life imaginable. There have since been countless requests for a repeat lecture tour for the wider community to have missed the inaugural event along with a large percentage seeking to review presentations for a second time.

This provides a clear indication of the ever growing interest in the quantifiable facts underscored by an abundance of scientifically proven and repeatedly corroborated evidence; unequivocal substantiation that cannot be ignored.

It has become increasingly unclear why leading western governments continue to stonewall genuine UFO investigators employing manifestly redundant policies of debunking and ridicule? We respectfully submit that any public announcement of a long overdue change endorsing official investigation will be enthusiastically received by the general public.

It would also significantly elevate your party though making what would arguably be the most courageous and far-reaching decision on the political landscape. We therefore respectfully suggest you urgently examine the many and diverse advantages of such action?

Dr. Steven Greer has persuaded 20 military, government, intelligence and corporate witnesses to present forceful testimony regarding extra-terrestrial UFOs and also the existence of advanced energy and propulsion technologies sequestered in classified government 'black operations' projects.

Since the Disclosure 2001 press conference hundreds more official 'whistleblowers' have emerged, many documented in Dr Greer's book Disclosure: Military and Government Witnesses Reveal the Greatest Secrets in Modern History. Pushing for congressional hearings on UFOs, Dr. Greer has also met with and provided briefings for senior members of government, military and intelligence operations in the US and around the world including senior CIA officials, Joint Chiefs of Staff, White House staff, senior members of Congress, senior United Nations leadership and diplomats and senior military officials in the UK and Europe.

You are perhaps aware in 2004 the government of Mexico repealed its secrecy laws on this subject with the government of Brazil following suit in May 2005.

Retired Canadian Minister for Defense Mr Paul Hellyer has publicly denounced the ongoing cover up as a terrible mistake while testifying to the irrefutable veracity of the phenomenon. It is a matter of mounting concern that this monumental news occurrence was internationally censored by mainstream media.

A recent 90-page report by the French military titled 'UFOs and Defense: What Should We Prepare For?' concluded that "numerous manifestations observed by reliable witnesses could be the work of craft of extraterrestrial origin" and that the best explanation is "the extraterrestrial hypothesis." Although not categorically proven, "strong presumptions exist in its favor and if it is correct, it is loaded with significant consequences." The French report added that there have been "visits above secret installations and missile bases" and "military aircraft shadowed" in the United States .

Edgar Mitchell, the Apollo 14 astronaut who was the sixth man to walk on the moon, also actively seeks UFO disclosure along with a significant number of world-famous astronauts.

All are convinced "at a confidence level above 90 percent, that there is absolute reality to all of this."

In the light of the above I respectfully submit the subject is of the utmost importance and request your urgent response as to what action your party will consider? (More letters)
