Dear Robyn,

Thank you for your letter of May 24 th 2006 . We hope that by now you might have had enough time to review the Disclosure documentary DVD. Please note the compelling and substantive calibre of witness testimony as featured on the DVD is enough to convict an individual of murder under Australian and International legal systems. We therefore respectfully submit the content unquestionably deserves investigation and requested comment?

We understand reluctance to address an issue perpetually debunked by the media; albeit without authentic investigation. We very much hope however that in the true spirit of scientific research objectivity might overcome dogma. Our experience strongly indicates the personal viewpoints and political predisposition of editorial executive prevent dealing honestly with the abundant documentation and film evidence amassed over the past five decades.

Some sections of media have point-blank refused to examine our corroborated evidence, a standpoint we consider entirely unethical and unjust. We submit assertive attitudes of denial have no place in scientific or journalistic enquiry. Sadly this abruptly dismissive mind-set is echoed throughout most sections of mainstream media wherein few have the courage and professional integrity to explore beyond selective belief systems or editorial constraints. This precisely mirrors the Vatican 's treatment of Galileo. In fact the Vatican has shown more common sense in accepting the reality of this phenomenon than the preposterously threadbare denial and offensive ridicule fronted by western media.

It is an ongoing frustration that through pre-conditioned mind-sets and inflexible belief-systems educational and exploratory organisations and individuals refuse to impartially investigate the irrefutable facts of this global issue. A recent internet poll indicates 85% of surveyed individuals readily affirm we are not alone in the universe. Countless groups and individuals repeatedly see - photograph and video UFO's that conventional science and media pointlessly contend do not exist; thereby effectively abusing these impartial witnesses with 'Do you believe your own eyes or what we tell you to believe?'

Doubtless you would be the first to agree that prejudice from those at the forefront of truthful investigation is manifestly wrong. It is incumbent upon researchers and investigators to conduct exploration free from prejudicial preconception, personal belief and editorial bias.

We therefore respectfully request that your team please conduct unbiased exploration and analysis of corroborated testimony evidence as supplied on the DVD. We strongly emphasise this is not a waste of your programs time since people such as astronauts, test pilots, commercial & military aviators, generals & high-ranking officers, civil and military air-traffic and radar controllers, distinguished police officers and many more besides are not given to fanciful imaginings, pointless hoaxing or outright lies. I can't imagine a more eminently reliable and trustworthy witness pool.

Please find the enclosed letter to Dr Karl Kruszelnicki that included a Disclosure documentary DVD of sworn testimony from eminently credible witnesses confirming the reality of the UFO phenomenon. The compelling and substantive calibre of witness testimony featured on the DVD is enough to convict an individual of murder under Australian and International legal systems. We therefore submit the content unquestionably deserves objective investigation and requested comment?

We regret refusal of common-courtesy response from Dr Karl while equally unsuccessful eliciting an email reply from channel 7 Sunrise . We understand his reluctance to address an issue he publicly debunks without authentic investigation but it was hoped that in the spirit of scientific research some small measure of objectivity might overcome dogma. Clearly this is not the case whereby a personal viewpoint prevents dealing honestly with abundant documentation amassed over the past five decades.

Refusal to examine our repeatedly corroborated evidence constitutes betrayal of every fundamental principle of scientific enquiry. We submit assertive attitudes of denial do not belong at a university. Sadly however Dr Karl's smugly dismissive mind-set is echoed throughout all societal institutions where none have the courage to explore beyond selective belief systems. Manifestly this is - not science - and mirrors the Vatican 's treatment of Galileo. In fact the Vatican has shown more common sense in accepting the reality of this phenomenon than the threadbare denial of western science.

Overt bigotry from those claiming to be at the forefront of scientific investigation is entirely unacceptable. If your university is unwilling or unable to conduct science free from prejudicial preconception and personal belief then it can ceases to be a bona-fide facility of research and education.

We therefore respectfully request an explanation as to why Dr Karl should maintain office if unable to conduct unbiased exploration and analysis of corroborated evidence?

Perhaps your university has a code of common courtesy that he should be reminded of too!
