Friday, May 20, was an historic day for Ufology in Brazil and in the world as the Brazilian Air Force (FAB), for the very first time in its history, officially receives a committee of top UFO researchers to openly discuss sightings in the country and fully exam classified UFO documents in several military facilities in Brasilia, the Federal Capital.
By doing this very important step, Brazilian Air Force (FAB) has placed Brazil in a very short list of countries whose militaries acknowledge the Ufology as a serious activity and significant effort to fully understand the nature and origin of UFOs. "We want to have all info on the subject, that is withheld by us for some decades, fully released to public, through the UFO community", declared brigadier Telles Ribeiro, chief of Brazilian Air Force Communication Center.
The Brazilian Government, through the Brazilian Air Force, has finally decided to come forward and recognize the UFO research as a genuine activity as a direct result of the intense pressure made by the campaign UFOs: Freedom of Information Now, a movement started by the Brazilian UFO Magazine in April 2004. The campaign was launched by the Brazilian Committee of UFO Researchers (CBU), composed of 6 UFO civilian researchers: Claudeir Covo, Marco Petit, Rafael Cury, Reginaldo de Athayde, Fernando Ramalho and A. J. Gevaerd (Athayde was sick an replaced by new interim member veteran UFO researcher Roberto Affonso Back)

The approach of the Brazilian military by the CBU committee started last February, ten months after the campaign begun, with a phone call from a Brazilian Air Force spokesman, major Antonio Lorenzo, and a formal invitation to a visit and a chat in some Air Force headquarters in Brasilia. Major Lorenzo fully recognized the UFO researchers' efforts in this field and provided a few details of what kind of reserved files and procedures the Brazilian Air Force (FAB) has about the UFO Phenomena and its detection, recording and investigation in the country.
Two meeting between the civilian UFO researchers and the military took place last Friday, May 20, and firstly happened in the headquarters of the Integrated Center of Air Defense and Air Traffic Control (Centro Integrado de Defesa Aérea e Controle de Trafego Aéreo, Cindacta), a very sensitive facility. During two hours, the researchers were given lectures of the procedures conducted at Cindacta and had the chance to visit air traffic control rooms and understand how UFOs could be detected by the Air Force personnel.
The second and most important meeting took place just after this one at the very reserved facilities of Brazilian Air Defense Command (Comando de Defesa Aerea Brasileiro, Comdabra), an even more sensitive installation that controls the entire air defense situation in the country and surrounding areas of Atlantic Ocean and South America. In this facility the UFO researchers were given full briefing of the top aspects of aerial defense of the country.
It was in this facility that its own commander, brigadier Atheneu Azambuja, admitted to the UFO researchers how concerned the Brazilian military are about the UFO phenomena. Azambuja also gave details of Comdabra procedures and openly admitted that the country has systematically detected and registered UFOs in the country - labeled as "H Traffic" - since 1954. That wasn't a surprise for the UFO researchers of the Brazilian Committee of UFO Researchers (CBU), but how this registering process took place was.
After detailed explanations of Comdabra activities, brigadier Atheneu Azambuja, for the first time in history, gave full access to the civilian UFO researchers to exam 3 different folders with classified UFO information, cases from specific dates of 1954, 1977 and 1986. The first case was an airplane pursuit of a UFO in the ocean shores of Paraná State.
The second file was much more important. In the folder containing the 1977 docs that could be examined by the UFO researchers were dozens of cases of UFOs in the Amazon with and amazing amount of over 100 pictures made during the so-called Operation Saucer, an official program of UFO investigation by the military that took place from September to December, 1977, and has been fully covered by specialized UFO press over the world.
The third case was the "The Official Night of UFOs in Brazil", a very significative group of events that happened in May 1986, when 21 objects of over 100 m in diameter jammed Brazilian air traffic control system over Rio de Janeiro, Sao Jose dos Campos and Sao Paulo, mainly, and several jets were sent to intercept - without any success - the intruders.
The Brazilian Air Force (FAB) representatives at those meetings then fully admitted that Ufology is serious business and broadly recognized the activity of UFO research by the civilian UFO community. And also guaranteed that further steps are about to be taken to let the researchers to exam the entire military UFO files in a more comprehensive way. Plus, a committee of military and civilian UFO researchers was promised to start operating very soon, coordinated by the Brazilian Committee of UFO Researchers (CBU).
This certainly means that we will start a new era in Ufology in Brazil and in South America. Very good things are about to happen as the Brazilian Air Force (FAB) command, the Brazilian Ministry of Defense and the Brazilian president Luis Inacio Lula da Silva receive the open letters and formal requests for opening for good the documents and start the mentioned committee, as presented to them by their spokesman.
Soon after our first ancestors evolved, off-planet beings began to take an interest in our unique world. Although little concrete evidence exists of this long ago contact, the legends of indigenous peoples plus cave wall pictures point to visits by advanced life forms. Metaphysical sources tell of ancient civilizations and interactions between primitive races and advanced extraterrestrials.
Extraplanetary beings tell us of their involvement in modifying our DNA, tell us how they have taught us much that we would gladly take credit for, and tell us that they are our brothers and sisters. They point to the Egyptian and Mayan pyramids as their handiwork.
Plato wrote about an ancient, advanced civilization, Atlantis. It reputedly was the home to a race of extraplanetary beings. Little is known about Lemuria except from legend. Extraterrestrials have disclosed the existence of both.
Romans of different times and locations made note of unusual lights and objects in the sky. Many Middle Ages painters and writers recorded their sightings.
Several articles on the front page of the April 19. 1897 issue of the Dallas Morning News reported sky ships and their passengers. This was before the advent of hot air balloons and flying craft.
On Wednesday, February 25, 1942, a huge unidentified craft hovered over the city of Los Angeles. Hundreds of thousands of residents witnessed his event, dubbed the “Battle of Los Angeles.” Spotlights, intent on spotting Japanese aircraft, played over the motionless craft. The military lobbed 2,000 rounds of high explosive shells at it. Unscathed, the UFO leisurely moved off over the ocean. Six civilians were killed, others injured -- the results of shell fragments. The next day, the Los Angeles Times reported the incident on its front page.
With the explosion of the first atomic bomb, the pace of UFO sightings in the U.S. picked up dramatically. Judging by reports of UFOs around military installations and navel craft with atomic armaments, off-planet beings are most interested in our destructive abilities, particularly nuclear.
The government’s reaction to the crash of two UFOs, near Roswell, New Mexico in 1947, demonstrates that this was not the first instance of UFO contact. Statements from military and intelligence witnesses indicate that there have been an estimated twenty-four crashes of off-planet craft.
On Monday, July 19, 1952, witnesses spotted several UFOs over Washington, D.C. Military craft sent to intercept them were unable to do so. The Washington Post reported the incident.
Pieces of crashed extraterrestrial craft have been retrieved. These have been the subject of extensive examination and reverse engineering. We owe some of our modern technology to this process.
The technology exhibited by UFOs is better than that of Earth’s most advanced weapons, although the gap is closing. UFOs have shown an ability to materialize and dematerialize.
Beginning in 1975, Billy Meier took numerous photographs and wrote extensively about his interactions with a group of Pleiadians. In 1980, an ET craft landed in the forest near Randlesham; in 2002, the British government released documents about the incident. In 1990, thousands witnessed large triangular craft over Belgium.
In 1999, a committee of top French military personnel submitted a report to President Jacques Chirac. They documented sightings that had led them to conclude that UFOs were of extraterrestrial origin and that they presented no threat to France’s national defense.
Many people have not seen UFOs or other paranormal phenomenon because their worldview will not admit to such. It is not unlike Native Americans’ inability to see Columbus’ ships. When that barrier is finally broken and UFOs are seen, a worldview shift can occur.
Focus 4: One result of the presence of UFOs is to open people’s worldview. Equally important, they are observing us as we observe them. Do your own research to discover that non-human life forms have been visiting this planet.

MESSAGES BASED ON OBSERVATIONS
Quasi-physical: Extraterrestrials have technology that allows them to shift into quasi-physical reality, dematerialize and rematrerialize. Thousands of pilots, military men and women, government witnesses, and civilians have seen extraterrestrial spacecraft materialize and disappear. Shifting into the non-physical or quasi-physical enables extraterrestrial craft to travel faster than the speed of light. Extraterrestrials appear to be more at home in the quasi-physical and purposefully shift into our physical realm to enable us to see them. Does this make them less real, or less mortal?
Mind-to-mind: Extraterrestrials are able to communicate mind-to-mind. In some cases their communications are of images or concepts, other times they communicate using precise words. By communicating in this way they bypass spoken words. Highly developed forms of this type of communications enable them to dispense with radio signals based on the electromagnetic spectrum. This enables them to communicate over the vast distances of space faster than light speed.
Avoid WMD: Judging by their interest in our nuclear facilities, extraterrestrials are concerned about our weapons of mass destruction. They have repeatedly been seen observing our nuclear manufacturing, storage, and testing sites. Based on the testimony of several military witnesses (The Disclosure Project), they have shown their ability to disable our intercontinental missiles in flight and in their underground launch silos.
Caretakers: As detailed in Turkish and Russian meteor incidents, extraterrestrials have demonstrated a caretaker attitude toward us by fragmenting large meteors before they cause damage.
Healers: The many reports of healings, accomplished by extraterrestrials, points to a caring attitude towards us. Several books detail instances in which extraterrestrials have healed everything from cuts to cancer.
MESSAGES DELIVERED BY EXTRATRRESTRIALS
Earth-humans seen as prey: According to Zecharia Sitchin and other researchers, translations of clay tablets, from the ancient Sumarian civilization that existed in the area now know as Iraq, point to biological experimentation with pre-humans by an extraterrestrial race identified as the Anunnaki. The results of those experiments were our human ancestors, created as a race of slaves. This story has been verified by recent extraterrestrials messages. This same race of extraterrestrials believe they "own" modern humans, and would return them to the status of slaves.
Want the highest for us: A different race of extraplanetary beings see Earth-humans differently. They too supplied some of our genetic make-up. They too say they are related to us. However, the Plaeidians and their associates would like us to recognize who we really are (creatures possessing a fragment of the Creator), would like us to take control of this planet, and would like us to join with other evolved civilizations of the universe. Thus we have the second set of players in the galactic chess game in which Earth-humans are the pawns.
Debilitating chemicals & energies: Extraplanetary beings are telling us that we, Earth-humans, ingest and misuse many chemicals and energies.Many insect ides are unnecessary. Many food additives are uncalled for. We are bombarded with energies from electronic and electrical devices. At the same time, off-planet races recognizes that the current population of the Earth is excessive. Some of our chemicals and energies have been purposefully engineered to debilitate and/or degrade us, physically and mentally.
Environmental crisis: Observers from space see the pollution of Earth's air, water, and land. For many years, they have been telling us that we need to recognize and remedy this situation. They see the melting of the polar ice caps as a sign that there will be shifts in the crust of the Earth. Most recently, they are saying that an environmental crisis can not be avoided, and that some of the destruction is irreversible.
Planetary destruction: As noted above, extraterrestrials have taken a keen interest in our nuclear weapons. While stating that a nuclear holocaust is avoidable, They say that, on our current path, nuclear war is inevitable.
Here to assist, not “save” us: Those extraplanetary beings who wish us to mature and cooperate with races from other evolved planets, are offering to show us the way to cast off our current situation. They are not willing to step in and use their superior technology and knowledge to"save" us. They are unwilling to create a planet of dependents.
At the same time, there are other off-planet races who would welcome the opportunity to create a race of dependents. They are prepared to oppose the dictates of the majority of extraplanetary races.
Planetary metamorphosis necessary: Certain extraplanetary races are waiting to take advantage of the chaos due to unfavorable environmental influences and/or nuclear war. Others wait for the majority of humans to awaken and take control of the planet. All agree that a period of change is needed and that such a transformation will occur quite soon.
Role of The Cosmic Paradigm
Messages from extraplanetary beings have been delivered repeatedly over the ages. We the people of Earth have tended to ignore them.
The Cosmic Paradigm is about recognizing our current situation and then taking action to transition it for the benefit of all people of this planet.
1. Recognize that the current situation does not operate in the best interests of the vast majority of people on this planet. Recognize that we, the people, are allowing this situation to continue, and that we have the power to do something about it.
2. Acknowledge that we are not the only inhabited planet, that we are one of many. Promote a proper attitude for interacting with non-human life forms.
3. See a new world, a veritable paradise. Affirm that such a planet is possible and act as if we are achieving this situation.
